The Guild Art Gallery

The Guild Art Gallery, an initiative of a group of McClelland Guild of Artists’ members, will soon proudly chalk up 20 years as a gallery, exhibiting and selling its art work.   Originally, the group opened in 1991 on a three-month trial basis in premises at the Moorooduc Coolstores, moving to the present gallery in the Craft Village of the Packing House Antique Store in Tyabb in 2001.

Those on duty at the Guild Art Gallery in Tyabb take every opportunity to promote the McClelland Guild of Artists, with information and literature always on display in the foyer.   The Gallery showcases members’ work and is encouraging to visitors thinking of taking up painting and attending demonstrations.   The Guild Gallery does not take paintings on consignment.   McClelland Guild members who are considering participation may forward photos and CV.   There is a waiting list.
